What I Offer
Actionable legal advice. That's it. The success I enjoyed in my long corporate career was driven by three things: successfully predicting outcomes in situations of uncertainty, appropriately weighting risks and opportunities, and convincing my clients to not do dumb things.
I'm also direct. If you're my client, I promise I'm not going to just tell you what you want to hear. I'm not going to sugarcoat any problems you face (and if you're seeking my advice, you've probably got problems). I'm going to keep the "it depends" to an absolute minimum. And I'm not going to make you wait forever to get a response from me.
And, of course, I'm not trying to sell you anything. Helping navigate thorny business and legal issues is where I add the most value. I don't want to try cases, or draft contracts, or form your business. Hell, I don't even know how to do that last one; that's what specialists are for.
