My Background:

I've spent nearly all of my 30+ year career as a leader in high growth tech companies. Along the way I ran mergers & acquisitions for one of the largest wireless companies in the country. I was part of the deal team that completed the largest cash transaction in history. And I've done it all - from building desks to fetching beer for developers - to help a startup grow from barely an idea to being the dominant player in its industry. Over all of this, I've built a reputation for excellent legal judgment, keen decision-making, fearlessness, and business focus.
