My practice is exclusively limited to consultation and advice. I'm not looking to form your business, litigate your cases, or draft your contracts. So the advice you get from me will not be driven by any agenda other than getting you to the best outcome.

With 30 years of senior legal leadership experience in technology companies, there are few business issues I haven't had hands-on experience with. I'm known for excellent judgment and a keen understanding of business needs.

I advise a variety of tech startups and other businesses, medical practices, and lawyers, law firms, and corporate legal departments. I also serve on the Advisory Board of several LegalTech/JusticeTech startups.
